BECOME AN RPM FEST PARTNER

  • We are seeking businesses and organizations interested in supporting local music and arts by becoming a Partner of RPM Fest.  Partners can advertise in our printed program, vend at the festival, or sponsor the festival.
  • Please submit all applications through our Partner Application Form linked at the bottom of this page.
  • If you are selected, we will contact you and provide a Confirmation Form to submit your full information, logo, graphics, and payment.
  • We can accept payment by cash, check, credit card, or PayPal.  Payment instructions will be provided with Confirmation Form.
  • We will consider in-kind donations of goods or services in exchange for sponsorship - please note this and provide details on the Application Form.
 

ADVERTISING

CONFIRMATION DEADLINE: July 2ND, 2018

  • 1000 copies, 8.5" x 5.5", grayscale only
  • Advertising space is limited and applicants will be selected first come, first serve
  • Design templates available in Adobe Illustrator or .png format
  • Basic design services using your logo and information are available for $50 flat fee

VENDING

CONFIRMATION DEADLINE: August 6th, 2018

  • Fee covers 10' x 10' vendor space and entry to the festival for all three days
  • RPM Fest running hours are tentatively 5 to 11 PM Friday Aug. 24th, 1 to 11 PM Saturday Aug. 25th, 1 PM to 8 PM Sunday Aug. 26th
  • Vendors are welcome to camp through the weekend
  • Vendors must supply own tent / booth / cart / etc.
  • All permits and licenses are the responsibility of the vendor
  • Food vendors must apply for a temporary food service permit with the Montague, MA Health Dept.

  • Budget Vendor - $50
  • Vendor - $100
  • Prime Vendor - $150
  • Food Vendor - FREE (limited to 5)
    • Free of charge in exchange for feeding our volunteers
 

SPONSORSHIP

CONFIRMATION DEADLINES: April 30th for Posters and Flyers, July 2nd for T-Shirts, Programs, Banners

  • All sponsors confirmed before April 30th will be featured on all handbills and posters
  • All sponsors confirmed before July 2nd will be featured on all T-Shirts, programs, and Sponsor Banners
  • All banners will be printed at our expense, but you may provide your own
  • Dedicated banners ($350 and up) may provide your own design, or design services using your business logo and information are available for $100 flat fee

  • Name Sponsor - $100 (limited to 12)
  • Logo Sponsor - $200 (limited to 8)
  • Banner Sponsor - $350 (limited to 9)
  • Stage Sponsor - $500, $750, $1000 (limited to 1 per stage)
